A Doctor Told Kim Kardashian to Stop Taking Selfies?

Kim Kardashian is the queen of selfies–you don’t just make a book full of them and call it Selfish without a slight obsession, after all. Sadly, it turns out all the selfies have taken a toll on Kim and her doctor ordered her not to take any more because she needs to give her wrist a break. But Kim, in all her perseverance, found the perfect way to get around her doctor’s orders and it’s pretty genius.

In the latest Keeping Up With the Kardashians clip, Kim recruited a selfie assistant to help her keep up the hard work. Carefully plucked from the relative obscurity of the Kardashians’ production crew, Paxy emerged as the chosen one.

In the clip, Kim tells Kris Jenner and Khloé Kardashian that she can’t take selfies because she forgot her brace. After Khloé and Kris exchange some confused stares, Kim said, “Paxy, will you come over here and help me?”

Obviously that didn’t answer any of their questions so Kim elaborated. “The doctor says I can only hold my phone like this,” she said. “So, I’m having Paxy take my pics so I can rest my hands.”

Hey, whatever you have to do to stay healthy, I guess.

Kris, enamored with the idea of a selfie assistant, said, “It’ll protect Kim’s hand without missing a beat on social media. I’m definitely gonna poach Paxy to be my selfie assistant.”
