(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Colombo Municipal Councillor Milinda Rajapaksha on Sunday (28) denied the media reports that Gotabaya Rajapaksa will be appointed as Defence Secretary.

“The rumours that Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa has been appointed as the Defence Secretary are simply not true,” the Spokesperson to former Defence Secretary said adding that Gotabaya Rajapaksa will not accept any Administrative roles in the Government, but will continue to support Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa to establish a stable Government.
