(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Following information provided by the Sri Lanka Navy, Puttalam Police in coordination with the Narcotic Division recovered 1.7 kilogrammes of Kerala cannabis at Karamba Periathivu area in Puttalam around 10.30 PM on Wednesday (06).
Accordingly, the cab which was transferring this haul of Kerala cannabis had been left alone aside a road at Karamba Periathivu area and suspects had escaped.
Puttalam Police is conducting further investigation into the matter.
