(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – The bail application filed by former UNP Negombo electoral organizer and the opposition leader of the Negombo Municipal council Royse Vijitha Fernando was rejected by the High Court today.
The High Court Judge TNL Mahawatta ordered to further remand the suspect until July 31st.Royse Fernando was arrested on July 7th in connection with forcibly entering a house belonging to a Chinese woman, kidnapping a person and robbing their property.
