(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – President Maithripala Sirisena has stressed on the importance of setting aside discrepancies and instead focusing on efficiency when carrying out development projects that will help alleviate poverty.
The Head of State claims it is the responsibility of all state individuals to whole heartedly support projects to ensure the public reaps their benefits.
Speaking at an event at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday, the President reiterated the importance of providing benefits of development projects to the public and advised officials accordingly.
