(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – The Colombo High Court has issued an arrest warrant for the Chairman of the Avant-Garde Security Services (Private) Limited, Retired Major Nissanka Senadhipathi and Retired Major General Palitha Fernando.
Attorney General (AG) Dappula de Livera had earlier directed the Police to arrest Senadhipathi and 7 others.
However, the duo had left the country by the time the instructions had been issued.
