(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – The Parliamentary Select Committee appointed to probe the Easter Sunday attacks is at present, recording a statement from President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat.
A member of the Select Committee confirmed that members of the PSC who arrived at the Secretariat this morning, began recording the statement at 10am.
Committee Chairman Deputy Speaker of House Ananda Kumarasiri however said the recording of the statement will not be open to the media.
