(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – Tamil National Alliance (TNA) has pledged its support to the Presidential hopeful of the New Democratic Front (DMF) Sajith Premadasa at the forthcoming Presidential Election.
However, the formal announcement is yet to be made, the Leader of the Alliance, R Sampanthan stated, adding that the TNA had already extended its support to Premadasa and that an official statement on the matter will issued soon.
Meanwhile, the Illankai Tamil Arasu Kachchi (ITAK), the main party in the Alliance announced its support to Premadasa yesterday (03).
