(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – The Supreme Court today (13) fixed for support on 31 January for granting of Leave to Proceed with the 3 Fundamental Right (FR) petitions challenging the signing of agreements on the Millennium Challenge Corporation Compact (MCC), the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), and the Acquisition and Cross Servicing Agreement (ACSA).
