(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – The driver of Parliamentarian Patali Champika Ranawaka, Dilum Thusitha Kumara who was remanded over the 2016 Rajagiriya motor accident will appear before the Colombo Crimes Division to record a statement.
The Colombo Additional Magistrate earlier this week instructed Thusitha Kumara to record a statement with the CCD.
During the time of the 2016 Rajagiriya accident, Dilum Thusitha Kumara was employed as a driver of MP Ranawaka.
He was remanded until the 6th of January in relation to the incident.
MP Ranawaka who was arrested over the accident was released on bail.
