Cancellation of Long Distance Trains

The Railway Control Room  revealed  that long-distance train services from  Colombo Fort  have been cancelled temporarily due to a  strike launched by Train  Engine  Drivers.
 It has to be mentioned that 150  long  distance train services  are being operated daily.
Meanwhile,  Station Masters and Railway Guards  Unions  have announced that  they will be  joining  the strike  launched  by  Train Engine Drivers   from midnight today .
