Emmanuel Arnold Selected as the Mayor of the Jaffna Municipal Council

Former Tamil National Alliance’s Northern Provincial Councillor Emmanuel Arnold has been elected as the Mayor of the Jaffna Municipal Council followed by a secret ballot.

Thurairasa Eesan of the TELO has been elected as the Deputy Mayor of Jaffna MC.
