The foundation laying ceremony will be held on 4th with the participation of Indian Deputy High Commissioner Tarinth Pashi and Minister Digambaram. With the funding assistance of India the houses constructed in dancinan and Diyagama and Badulla Vegarwatta will be handed over to beneficiaries soon.
