Justice Wijith Malalgoda Resigns From the Bench Hearing SAITM Case

As he has already supported the appeal Court decision on SAITM , Justice Wijith Malalgoda ,who was appointed to the bench  to hear SLMC’s appeal against the decision has declined to serve in the bench  and resigned today.
