Karuna Remanded

Former Deputy Minister  cum    LTTE leader   for   Batticaloa   Vinayagamoorthy Muralitharan alias Karuna Amman was arrested in connection with the  misuse of  a state vehicle by the FCID, He  has been   remanded till 7^th December 2016 by   Colombo Chief Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya today.
