Local Weapons Manufacturer Under Arrest

A 65-year-old person engaged in manufacturing local weapons and selling them for a price in Mullaitivu was arrested by the police.

Police learned that he sells a firearm for a price between for Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 10,000.

When he was arrested he had 10 locally made weapons, around 2,000 ammunitions and 1kg of explosives in his possession.
