Lottery Ticket Price Increased : Lottery Sales Dropped by 40 %

The lottery  sales have dropped by 40 %   after the price of a ticket was increased to Rs 30, the All Ceylon Lottery Sales Agent’ s Association said.

Treasurer of the Association Alex Fernando said,  that his members have found it difficult to maintain the service.

He further said,  that his association expects to discuss the matter with the authorities in the near future.
