Mother & Daughter Stabbed to Death

A 59-year-old mother and her 40-year old daughter have been stabbed to death at Mapakadawewa in Mahiyanganaya last night (20), Police said.

The son of the victim has informed Mahiyanganaya Police. Investigations are ongoing to apprehend the suspects.

The postmortem examination will be conducted today (21).
