No Promotions to 100,000 Teachers

The All Ceylon Teachers’ Association General Secretary, Joseph Stalin alleged that the procedures to promote over 100,000 teachers in the country has been delayed.
The reason said to be the failure in establishing  a new mechanism to promote teachers.
