Notice Calling LG Election Can’t be Issued…

One of the members of the Election Commission has told a press that notice calling nomination for LG election  cannot be issued as  planned earlier  on account of interim order issued by the court of appeal to hold operation of gazette notification until 4^th December 2017.

The Court of Appeal issued this interim order on a writ filed on 15^th Nov.2017.
