Sarath Ilangasinghe Replaced H.B Semasinghe As Minister in NCPC

Sarath Ilangasinghe took oaths as a Minister of North Central Provincial Council before the Governor of  the North central province, P.B Dissanayake earlier today (17). The position was  earlier held by H.B Semasinghe.
