Suspect Died at Negombo Prison OIC Crimes Arrested & Police Officers Transferred.

A suspect arrested by Divulapitiya police died at the Negombo prison. The Divilupitiya Officer In Charge (OIC) Crimes and two other policemen responsible for the arrest and detention were first transferred out of Divulupitiya police.
Later on Divulupitiya OIC Crimes said to have been arrested by the police.
