Traffic Congestion in Wellawatta

A traffic congestion has been reported on W. A Silva Mawatha road at Wellawatta, due to a sudden burst of a pipe line,  Police said.
W.A Silva Mawatha road is flooded with water, Motorists are advised to alternate routes.
