Viral Fever Cost  11 Children’s Lives in Matara

Eleven  children have passed away as a result of the Influenza and Adino virus that is spreading in the South, Karapitiya Teaching Hospital Director Dr. Jayampati Senanayake said .

These deaths reportedly took place between 1st of May 1st and yesterday.

He  revealed that 11 children were from the Matara District.

Last two days, two small children had died due to the viral fever, he added.
