Women Allergic Head of a State Institution

We have heard about womanisers being placed as heads of institutions, who use their official position to approach women. But here you find head of a State Institution, who is allergic at the sight of women. This particular head of the State Institution happened to be a relation through marriage of a leading member of the top team in Yahapalanaya. He has become a real terror to the female employees of the institution.  During a recent industrial action, employees had blocked the access to his office. Employees charged that this head, who behaves like a typical lunatic harass female workers after making false wild allegation against them. Affected female workers giving evidence at the high powered official committee disclosed all his obnoxious conduct.
