Second reading on the budget for the year 2016 commenced on last Saturday , 21st Nov.2015 and members placed their views for and against the Budget.Today (23 rd Nov.2015) 2nd reading on the Budget 2016 continued in Parliament. This will be debated for 7 days.. On 2nd December 2015, the vote on Budget will be taken. Thereafter Parliament Central Committe will be given 15 days time. Followed by this , 3rd reading of the Budget will commence and continue. Final vote on budget will be called on 19th Dec.2015
