The Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) has named the individuals, who are responsible for the corruptions in Rakna Lanka Security Company.
Accordingly following individuals are named :
Former Navy Chief Admiral Jayantha Kolambage,
Former Navy Chief Admiral Jayantha Perera,
Avant-Garde Chairman Nissanka Senadhipathi
Former Additional Secretary to the Defence Ministry Sujatha Damayanthi Jayaratne.
And PRECIFAC also states that legal actions to be taken against former Rakna Lanka General Manager (GM) Gamini Jeyarathna for giving false evidence to safeguard former Defence Secretary, Gotabaya..
Former Defense Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa has been summoned to the commission to give a statement today regarding the malpractices, which took place in Rakna Lanka Security Company.
