Army Media Spokesman Denied Torture House in Jaffna

Tamil National Alliance (TNA) Jaffna District ex-Parliamentarian Suresh Premachandran alleged on  the other day that informations have been received that the army had  been maintaining a torture house in the Varani  area in the Jaffna District..

He has further stated that the torture house was maintained in a house belonging to a civilian.

Army Media Spokesman Brigadier Jayanath Jayaweera  vehemently denied this allegation.
