Restoration of Vehicle Permit, but once in 10 years – PM

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe informed  Parliament today that the  vehicle permit concession withdrawn in 2016 Budget proposals  have been  restored,  subject to the conditions that it could be utilized only twice and limited to 10 years period.
