Cab Shot 2 Injured at Arangala in Malabe

Two individuals have been hospitalized following a shooting which took place in the Malabe – Arangala junction this morning.

The police stated that the shooting was carried out by group of individuals travelling in a van targeting a cab.

The two individuals injured have been admitted to the Sri Jayewardenepura hospital for treatment.

The Athurugiriya police added that investigations are underway to apprehend the group of individuals travelling by van who fled after the incident.
