2016 Budget 3rd Reading tomorrow

The vote on the third reading of the 2016  budget will be held  tomorrow,  on Saturday.

Budget Committee Stage  Debate is being held  for 14 days  and  the final day of the  debate  will be  tomorrow .

The voting will be taken  tomorrow evening at 5 pm. HE, the President Maithripala Sirisena will be present in the Parliament tomorrow.

The vote on the second reading of the budget  was held on the December  2 and it was   passed with a majority of 107  Votes.

However,due to protests and opposition made against some of the proposed budget proposals ,President and Prime minister have made some amendments to the original proposals.
