Galle Chief Magistrate Ordered to release Avant Garde Ship Immediately

Although the Galle Magistrate has earlier ordered to release Avant Garde ship on an earlier occasion, it was not released. The Ceylon  Shipping Company, which owns the Avant Garde ship has  filed action in Galle Court stating that the ship is yet to be released. On hearing this case by Galle Chief Magistrate, Mr.Nilupuli Lankapura on 17.12.2015, Officer in charge of the Galle Port was summoned and cautioned before ordering to release Avant Garde Ship.
