Today’s Power cut schedule announced
(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – The Ceylon Electricity Board will continue to impose two-hour-and-20-minute power cuts in residential areas.
The CEB reduced the power cut duration to one hour and 20 minutes over the weekend due to low power demand and owing to the increase in hydro power generation.
However, the CEB will resume imposing two-hour-and-20-minute power cuts from today.
The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka said the CEB will impose one-hour power cuts during the day and one-hour-and-20-minute power cuts at night for groups A to L and P to W today.
