Petition against the Inland Revenue Amendment Act

(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – The Inland Revenue Amendment Bill has been included in the parliamentary agenda.

A general manager of a leading private institution has filed a petition to the Supreme Court today (27) to conclude that it is against the constitution.

The Attorney General has been named as the respondent.
