Local Government Election in July 2016?

Local Government election in March 2016 appears to be impossible.This is because more than 6 months period is required to complete delimitation work to  conduct Election in new system .Election could be conducted in March 2016 at presence system.

In a meeting with the Prime Minister,  the difficulties faced by officials to conduct the election in March 2016 was well discussed.Hence , conducting of Local Government Election is possible only in July 2016.
