America Pulling China back in Investment in Srilanka

China became the major investor in Port City Project at a cost of US $ 1.4 billion. America is scheduled to construct Fuel Refineries in the South of Srilanka by investing US $ 2.5 billion. Bluer Corporation in Texas, which has Worldwide representation undertakes this task along with others. In Fortune Magazine grading, Bluer Corporation continue to retain the first place for four  successive consecutive years ending 2015. These fuel refineries are expected to refine 100,000 barrel of fuel per day. Work on these fuel refineries will be completed by the year 2019. Srilanka Board of Investment finds it difficult to identify 500 acres of land near the Hambantota Port. Two places have been identified within and outside  the port area.
