Avant-Garde seeks 2 Billion compensation from SL Navy

Avant-Garde lawyer  Nissan Premarathna said,that he has sent a letter of demand seeking two Billion Rupees as compensation from Srilanka Navy for illegally taking over of Avan Garde Ship from Galle Harbour on 13th November 2015.

Srilanka Navey’s act is in violation of the agreement entered in to between Avan Garde and Rakna lanka Limited, which is valid up to the year 2019.
