Avant Garde Withdraws Appeal

An appeal was filed in respect of non renewal of license  for 91 weapons possessed by Avant Garde by the  Chairman Nissanka .Case filed by Avant Garde in appeal court has been withdrawn by Nissanka.

As the Avant Garde got relief  for what was referred to  in the appeal, there was no need to continue with the case, Lawyer appeared for Avant Garde informed the court. Accordingly case was dismissed without cost.
