Cancellation of Public Health Inspectors Strike Today

Public Heath Inspectors Association earlier decided to stage an island wide strike today, demanding to restore privileges given to them , while sitting for the Administrative Service Examination, which was withdrawn  recently.

Followed by negotiation carried out between PHI Association  representatives  and  the Minister of Public Administration, the strike was called off , Association’s spokesperson said.
