Yositha and Five others to be charged under Serious 5 Sections

News in circulation is that  Yositha and others in remand prison will be given bail on 11th February 2016, when their cases are called. But in the meantime, news disclosed that they will be charged under serious 5 sections of the criminal code.

Yositha and others were not only involved in money laundering, but  in forging  documents, breach of trust, misuse of Public Property and violation of  customs regulations, said  law and order Minister Sagala Ratnayake  yesterday .

The charge sheet will be filed as soon as  possible, the minister said.
