Ravi K. challenges MR’s economic policies

Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake today accepted United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) Parliamentarian Bandula Gunawardena’s challenge to a debate on the economic crisis and in turn challenged Ex-president and then finance Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa to a debate on his government’s economic policies which resulted in the country being stuck in an economic crisis.

Adding further, the minister stated that he accepted the challenge for the reason that it was only ethical and reasonable that he took part in a debate with a person of a similar interest in the relevant subject.
