Bail Application for Yositha and others Filed

Yositha and four of his  accomplishes were arrested and  in remand prison until 25.02.2016 on charges of utilizing State Resources for the development of the CSN and failure  to account source of Capital to establish CSN. Earlier they were refused bail.

Now the lawyers appearing for Yositha and others have  submitted fresh bail applications at the Court yesterday.
