Embilipitiya Former ASP Remanded Till 2nd March 2016

A youth,  Chamil Dharmaratna from Embilipitiya was alleged to have been pulled down from upstairs and caused death,relatives accused police.

Followed by public cry and special investigation Embilipitiya ASP was arrested and remanded.This case was taken up today at the Embilipitiya Magistrate Court. Former ASP is ordered to remanded till 2nd March 2016.

While the former ASP was taken back to prison vehicle, photo journalist tried to take a shot of him.Women constables used a strategy to prevent it by covering him in large numbers .

Further, the Court Informed the death inquiry report will be released on Friday, 19th February 2016.
