Galle Became Gala for Lovers on Lovers Day

Younger generation all over the world celebrated lovers day on last Sunday. Almost all Lodges in Galle were fully occupied by couples.Sale of liquor reached it’s highest point on this day in these lodges.

A musical show arranged in this connection at Galle Samanala ground attracted huge crowd on last Sunday. Most of the youths gathered there were drunk and behaved in an uncivilized manner, Public complained.

Followed by this. Galle Police arrested 15 people and released them after giving strict  warnings.
