Wele Suda Given Bail

Condemned prisoner Wele Suda was  given bail in the case filed against him for money laundering by Colombo Additional Magistrate Nishantha Peiris.

Money laundering  investigations are being carried out in this case by the CID on a complaint filed by the Financial Intelligence Unit of the Central Bank.

However, he is in prison serving death sentence.
