ETCA Pave Way for Low Paid Work Force in Srilanka – Vasu

In a media briefing  today (23.02.2016), Vasudeva Nanayakara said that  through the Indo Srilanka Economic and Technology Cooperation Agreement (ETCA), a low paid work force will be created in Srilanka.

He further said that Ranil Wickremasinghe was instrumental to establish IOC to make it competitive in Srilanka.

As a result India is reaping the benefits now, he said.
