Police Search in Land Belongs to Mahinda’s Security Officer
police sources said ,a police team is excavating several places in a land belonging to a former security officer of former President, Mahinda Rajapaksa.
Accordingly, the land in Weeraketiya belonging to Major Neville Wanniarachchi is being searched by a team of CID officials.
He is among one of the three former security officers of Rajapaksa who are being investigated for alleged money laundering.
The CID recently obtained a Magisterial order to call for bank details of the three.
