Young Journalist Association Registered their protest Against Laksman Kiriella

Today journalist, Amīt Maduranga of Sri Lanka Association of Young Journalists Association tried to verify certain facts regarding FUTA complaint to the President against his interference  with the University administration.In this exercise he politely asked the Minister Lakshman Kiriella’s response to FUTA complaint. Infuriated Minister responded stating that in his capacity as subject Minister, there is provision in the Act to make recommendation and nothing wrong in doing  so. He ridiculed  journalist Amit Maduranga in un parliamentary words.
