National Transport Commission to Issue Permanent Permits for Expressway

The permanent permits will  replace the temporary permits that have already being issued.  The National Transport Commission (NTC)  has decided to issue permanent permits for vehicles travelling along the expressway.

M.A.P. Hemachandra ,Chairman of the Commission said ,that the issued temporary permits that were issued must be renewed once in every two weeks.
