Sinhala Ravaya Complaint Against Prime Minister

‘Sinhala Ravaya’ organization has lodged a complaint with the Inspector General of Police regarding the protest held at Lipton Circus by the United National Party, disturbing the normal traffic

General Secretary of Sinhala Ravaya, Ven. Magalkande Sudaththa Thero pointed out, that a heavy traffic congestion was experienced by motorists due  to the protest, thus public was severely affected.

He mentioned that police took action against them because of a protest staged by his organization recently at Kaluthara. He questioned if  there is a law , it should be applicable to all citizens  alike. But here Police didn’t take any action when UNP organised demonstration obstructing traffic.
